The 31st International Technical Conference on Circuits/Systems, Computers and Communications (ITC-CSCC 2016) will be held on July 10-13 at Okinawa Jichikaikan in Naha, Okinawa, Japan. ITC-CSCC 2016 scope spans areas of Circuit Design, System Designs, Computer Systems and Communication Networks. The conference is open to researchers from all regions of the world; participation from Asia Pacific region is particularly encouraged.

Special Section on Smart Multimedia & Communication Systems

The IEICE Transactions on Fundamentals of Electronics, Communications and Computer Sciences announces a forthcoming Special Section on Smart Multimedia & Communication Systems to be published in November 2016. The IEICE TC SIS (Smart Info-media Systems) conducted the 2015 International Workshop on Smart Info-Media Systems in Asia (SISA 2015) in order to enhance research activities on smart multimedia & communication fields in Asian countries. The objective of the special section is to review and promote recent progress in these research fields. The special section solicits paper submission particularly from, but not restricted to, researchers who presented their original works in SISA 2015.
