Sep. 18, 2013 (Best Paper Award and Outstanding Student Paper Award)

ISPACS 2013 Technical Program Committee decided to give awards to outstanding papers. The winners will be announced at the symposium banquet.

Note that the deadline for camera-ready paper submission and early registration is approaching. The deadline is Sep. 21, 2013.

  • ISPACS 2013 Best Paper Award

    ISPACS 2013 Technical Program Committee will present the "ISPACS 2013 Best Paper Award" for the best paper at ISPACS 2013. The prize winner is given JPY 20,000 as a supplementary. One author is required to attend the conference and present the paper. The prize winner should be attending the Conference Banquet where the winner will be announced.

  • ISPACS 2013 Outstanding Student Paper Award

    ISPACS 2013 Technical Program Committee will present the "ISPACS 2013 Outstanding Student Paper Award" for the outstanding paper by a student at ISPACS 2013. The prize winner is given JPY 10,000 as a supplementary. One author is required to attend the conference and present the paper. The prize winner should be attending the Conference Banquet where the winner will be announced.

Sep. 17, 2013 (Keynote speakers)

Aug. 31, 2013 (Registration, Accommodation, and Camera-ready Paper Submission)

Symposium registration and hotel reservation pages now open. The page for Author's Kit & Guidelines is updated for upcoming camera ready paper submissions.

June 30, 2013 (Deadline extension, final extension)

Due to many requests, the paper submission deadline for ISPACS 2013 has been extended for one week. Paper submissions will be accepted till July 7. The authors can update submission information and files till July 7. Note that this is the final extension.

June 6, 2013 (Deadline extension)

Due to a number of requests, ISPACS 2013 has extended the deadline for paper submissions to June 30, 2013. We are waiting for your submissions.

Welcome to ISPACS 2013

The International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS) is the premier networking forum of leading researchers especially from Asia-Pacific basin in the highly active fields of theory, design and implementation of intelligent signal processing and communication systems.

ISPACS 2013 will be held in Naha, Okinawa, Japan from 12 November to 15 November 2013. The symposium presents every possibility on new technologies based on signal processing and communication.

Only the papers that will be presented at the symposium are to be appeared in IEEE Xplore compliant CD proceedings by the following identification numbers.

These papers will be also archived and available through IEEE Xplore as well as included in EI Compendex.
